Late Cancellation Terms:

To secure your appointment, a 30% deposit is required for all treatment bookings.
Once your booking is made, Fresha will automatically send you an email prompting you to complete your deposit payment. This system is safe and secure.
Please note that appointments may be cancelled if the required deposit has not been received.
Appointment Reminders:
You will receive an SMS and/or email reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment. These reminders are issued automatically by Fresha. Responses to reminder messages are not received by our team.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Cancellation Fees

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost

No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost

If a deposit or late cancellation fee has not been paid, it will be charged at your next appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be retained as the late cancellation fee, and a new deposit will be required to secure your rescheduled appointment.
