January is a bit of a write off, February we settle the kids into School so MARCH is time to Hit Reset and finally get our fitness goals started!

It's important to us to create a Challenge that will inspire you, push you while also being achievable so we have created 3 divisions, that will have the complete beginner covered and our fitness bunnies pushed!

What do I expect?

*Select which Division you are in Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced (this is for your fitness test and workouts for week 3-6)

*Select any 3 group fitness sessions off our timetable per week

*Choose 1 goal to focus on:

Strength (a particular lift ie Deadlift, Clean, Squat),

Cardio (Run/ walk time)

*Outdoor walks/ runs to complete (ie: Parihaka, The Loop)

*For the last 4 weeks of the Challenge we will have a weekly fitness workout to compete in.

Choose which division will challenge you: Beginners, Novice, Experienced.

*Weekly lifestyle, wellness tips to help keep you motivated!

If you are completely new to fitness and worried about not being fit enough, have no fear!

 It's easy to sign up, the hardest part is having the courage to turn up!

The fitness test is a tool we can use to measure your progress, we will only share the results with you AND we can cater to your level or pre-existing injuries.

Trust us when we say, we have been there too. Once you get started you will feel amazing and realize that all the ladies working beside you felt exactly the same until they got started but hey, Let's do it together!
