We wanted to kick off the New Year and New decade with a fun Challenge that highlights what we love to do best, explore and have FUN!

If you are busy like us in the holidays, swamped with juggling kids, heading back to work then trying to set some goals for yourself among all of this can be a bit daunting then before you know it, it's February! So we thought to ourselves, the year doesn't really begin until around Feb so we are kicking off our Bucketlist Challenge on the 31st Jan so you can find your feet and rediscover your fitness mojo!

What to expect? 

We have put together a list of fun, fitnessy, (completely achievable) Challenges for you to work your way through over 6 weeks.

From Rolling down a hill, Jumping off a bridge, Doing a sunrise walk, or having a water fight, we have curated a fun list of ways to move and have fun, while enjoying the last few months of Summer.

Earn more points by getting your family and friends involved, our activities are great for doing in the backyard enjoyed by everyone!

The best part?

You will also attend 3 of our awesome Raor fitness sessions each week to build and increase your fitness levels and strength, to make it easier to achieve some of those trickier Bucketlist Challenges.

If you thrive off a bit of competition you will also be assigned a team to motivate each other and you can complete some aspects of the Challenge multiple times to earn more points! Who knows, you may earn yourself a spot prize at the end!

Challenge will kick off at 8am Sat 21st Feb with a quick  Fitness Test-  Each test takes less than 5 minutes which will be completed by yourself- so you are only competing against yourself!

 There will be scaled versions for newbies

Whether you are a complete beginner or an active fitness bunny we have got you sorted!
